Supply and Demand on the Educator Workforce

Each district will have unique teaching needs throughout the school year. You may find it difficult to secure a position, such as EC-6 Core Subjects or a highly specialized content area, therefore it is imperative you visit with districts in your area to see what their areas of need are. You must make yourself as marketable as possible; Region 6 EPP encourages you to test in more than one content area if you have significant content knowledge pertaining to more than one content area.
