• Receive DE-964 Certificate (License)
• Watch the IMPACT TX Teen Drivers Course
• Pass the Road Test (test given at at Region 6 or DPS)
• Gather all DPS Documents Needed

• We are authorized to offer the Road Test for DPS.

• You must be 16 years old
• Hold Permit for 6 months
• Complete a 32 hour Online/Classroom Course
• Complete 14 hours of Behind the Wheel Instruction
• Complete the 30 Hour Log
• Received a DE-964 Complete Certificate
• Complete the IMACT TX Teen Course/Video

Please complete the following two steps, in order to receive a duplicate copy of the DE-964E Certificate of Completion for Driver Education:

Step 1: Complete the following request form: 

• Duplicate DE-964E Certificate of Completion Request Form

• Duplicate Fee Payment Link  
  • $25 - 2-3 business day processing
  • $50 - same business day processing (call for availability) 
    • Please Note Before Purchasing the Duplicate - The certificate is a legal carbon copy document, so it must be mailed or picked up in the office. It cannot be emailed (unless it is for a duplicate parent-taught completion certificate). 

Once both of these steps are complete and we have verified your child has successfully completed all requirements for Driver Education, we will process your request and get the duplicate certificate ready for either pick up or to put in the mail. If you are picking up the certificate in the office, we will notify you when the certificate is ready for pickup
