ESL Tuition-Based Classes

ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL) TUITION-BASED CLASSES

The Adult Education Department provides tuition-based classes to assist individuals who seek to become proficient with the English language or to receive their English or Spanish High School Equivalency Certificate. These courses are held at the Bryan-College Station Community Education Center in Bryan and are conducted year-round with open enrollment. Once the student is registered for the English as a Second Language Class, they will be given an assessment to determine which class they will attend. Students are tested on their oral and literacy skills. All classes are held in three-hour increments. Morning ESL Classes are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Night ESL Classes are Tuesday and Thursday. Night High School Equivalency Classes in English and Spanish Are Tuesday and Thursday.

We welcome everyone to attend our classes; registration is at the Bryan-College Station Community Education Center, 1201 Ridgedale Street, in Bryan.

Once the student is registered for the English as a Second Language Class, they will be given an assessment to determine which class they will attend. Students are tested on their oral and literacy skills. Morning classes are held in three-hour increments and night classes are held in two-hour increments. Morning ESL Classes are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Night ESL Classes are Tuesday and Thursday.
