This service provides remote support from the Region 6 ESC technical team. All work will be performed remotely with 12 onsite visits per year.
Add-On Desktop Support Service
Districts who are members of Remote Support Service have the option to add-on a Desktop Support Service contract for desktop and printer support. This contract will provide an additional 12 onsite visits per year along with the remote technical support. It is a great resource for districts who do not have a technical support person in house.
