Educational Specialist for the Title I Contracted Fee Service

I assist member districts with program planning, budgetary issues, and program compliance for the following federal fund sources:  Title I, Part A, Title I, Part D (Subpart 2), Title II, Part A (Teacher Principal Training and Recruiting), and Title VI, Part B (Rural and Low-Income School Program). 

Services under this agreement include:

• Planning and Preparation of the following grant applications and amendments: NCLB Consolidated Application for Federal Funding and the Rural and Low-Income School Program
• Preparation of the following Compliance Reports: No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Compliance Report and Private Nonprofit School Participation

Technical Assistance in, but not limited to:

• Program and budgetary planning for the programs listed above
• Assistance with NCLB Performance Based Monitoring and Interventions
• Title I Comparabililty of Services
• Dissemination of program information and TEA NCLB updates
• Ten Components of Schoolwide Program
