The purpose of the NCLB Technical Assistance and Professional Development Service is to assist districts who receive NCLB funding. The primary focus of the program is to provide assistance to districts with corrective action requirements of the NCLB Program Monitoring Reports, Highly Qualified Reports, Program requirements and to provide professional development in the NCLB Modules.
We also provide technical assistance with program compliance assistance with Performance-Based Monitoring and Analysis System (PBMAS) with Focus Data Analysis, Program Effectiveness Review (PER), Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP), Highly Qualified Teacher Reports (HQ), District/Campus HQ Reports through E-Grants, HQ Focus Data Analysis, CIP document for HQ, HQ Validations, and Principal Attestation Forms. Additionally, we provide information dissemination concerning NCLB Programs, provide networking opportunities for Title I Administrators, and assistance to districts/campuses that receive Title I A funds in program requirements.
Furthermore, we provide professional development with NCLB Modules: Title I Fiscal Issues, Private Non-Profit Schools Participation, Title I Components and Campus Plans, Highly Qualified Teachers. Additional assistance in NCLB Program Monitoring, Process, and Required Reports is also provided.
