With more than 15 years experience in Texas school purchasing, I am ready to assist you with your purchasing needs and inquiries.  I am an active member of TASBO and am a Certified Texas School Business Official (CTSBO) specializing in purchasing, accounting, and MIS.  I am a member of TASBO's Purchasing Research Committee, having served as Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the committee.  In addition, I have taught TASBO purchasing certification courses for more than 5 years.  

Facilitating the Region VI Interlocal Purchasing Cooperative is a very important part of my job and I take pride in the success that it has attained.  Since its inception, the Coop's approved vendor base has grown from 90 to over 440 and bid categories from 2 to 7.  Each year the goal of the Cooperative is extended to meet the everchanging needs of the member districts which are developed by direct input from the districts.
