This service serves member districts by providing connectivity to educational opportunities by contracting, broadcasting, and facilitating a variety of activities delivered via interactive video technologies.

- Opportunities with other networks, regions, and districts via interactive connectivity
Access to Professional Development such as:
- Regional meetings and trainings
- Course work for certifications and endorsements
- Staff development opportunities from content providers
- TETN videoconferences
Access to Enrichment Activities such as:
- Virtual field trips
- A variety of interactive activities shared collaboratively

Connectivity Options
Option 1: (CommNet Member)
CommNet member, using ISD video equipment, using ISD equipment maintenance and warranty, connectivity via the regional network. Includes: annual services fee, monitoring, technical support, video hub upgrades, and facilitator training. A one time set-up fee of $750 will be charged to enable video connectivity between ISD and the Region 6 ESC hub.
Option 2: (Non CommNet Member)
Non CommNet member, using ISD video equipment, using ISD equipment maintenance and warranty, connectivity via H.323 (Internet). Includes: annual services fee, technical support, video hub upgrades and facilitator training. A one time set-up fee of $750 will be charged to enable video connectivity between ISD and the Region 6 ESC hub.
Option 3: (College/University)
Higher education entity connecting to Region 6 ESC video hub via an IP connection. Includes monitoring, scheduling, and facilitation services. A one time set-up fee of $750 will be charged to configure connectivity between the connecting entity and the Region 6 ESC hub.
Option 4: (Public Library)
Public Library entity connecting to Region 6 ESC video bridge via an IP connection. Includes monitoring, scheduling, facilitator training, facilitation services. A one time set-up fee of $750 will be charged to configure connectivity between the connecting entity and the Region 6 ESC video bridge.

Other IVC Services
Facility Use/Video Hosting Services
Up to 6 hours Region 6 ESC videoconferencing and technology center use (includes meeting room with 20 seat capacity). Additional charges apply for copy service, long distance conference calling service, custodial services, and after hours and week-end monitoring services.
Satellite Downlink Events
Downlink fee quote by event provider + Region 6 ESC hosting services fee.
Monitoring Services
Up to 45 hours of extensive monitoring services per course per semester.
