Performance Based Monitoring and Intervention Assistance

The Performance Based Monitoring Analysis System (PBMAS) of TEA evaluates the performance of students served through federal programs, compliance with federal program guidelines, as well as data validation.

Programs Monitored through PBMAS:

  • Bilingual/ESL
  • CTE
  • ESEA Programs
  • Special Education

Data Validation Monitoring:

  • Leaver Data
  • Discipline Data
  • Student Assessment Data

Region 6 ESC will provide the following services:

  • Regional trainings to districts involved in the process
  • Technical assistance with Performance Monitoring Intervention stage activities
  • Assistance with preparation of on-site visits
