The Coop provides a selection of voluntary benefits to district employees at a competitive rate.  Financial Benefit Services (FBS) serves as the third-party administrator.  FBS offers internet based enrollment services and 24/7 access to benefits information.  The benefit website offers access to a consolidated benefit guide, carrier applications, provider searches, claim forms, benefit highlights, and online enrollment instructions.  FBS empowers districts to operate more efficiently with the day to day management of their employee benefits by utilizing insurance consulting services, insurance carrier exports, Section 125 with flex, and consolidated billing reconciliation.
