Goals:

Our Goals and Objectives (By August 31, 2015):

• All students in ESC Region 6 will meet or exceed state and national standards.
  • To implement best practices center-wide by continuing collaboration among departments.
  • To increase the number of districts/campuses that meet or exceed state standards for the Academic Excellence Indicator System (AEIS).
  • To increase the number of districts/campuses that meet or exceed national standards for No Child Left Behind (NCLB).
  • To increase the number of districts that meet or exceed state standards for the Performance-Based Monitoring Analysis System (PBMAS).
  • To successfully implement any initiatives assigned by the legislature or the commissioner.
• All districts in ESC Region 6 will operate efficiently and economically.
  • To provide quality services that strengthen financial stability and financial accountability of both the ESC and its customers.
  • To increase efficiency in ESC Region 6 departments and school districts.
  • To implement an internal leadership development program.
  • To develop a marketing plan that utilizes the ESC Region 6 website and other electronic communications media to a greater extent.
  • To successfully implement any initiatives assigned by the legislature or the commissioner.
