Computer Services offers a secured web-based job application system. The job application is customized based on the needs and requests of each participating district. This is a seamless process and it allows the applicant to complete his/her application online, as well as submitting any necessary attachments electronically (i.e. resume, transcript, etc.). The school district staff members are provided with the capability of viewing the application, attachments, and a criminal history form. A querying tool is also provided which allows staff members to search applicants based on criteria such as certified teaching fields, educational background, open positions, as well as many others. Emails are generated on a daily basis and sent to an email address designated by the school district providing information on new applications that have been submitted.
