Region 6 provided a variety of formats to meet the needs of districts and campuses in the areas of Site-Based Decision Making and Planning. On-site technical assistance includes development of district/campus improvement plans, evaluation of district/campus improvement plans, implementation of SB1 requirements, and evaluation of the SBDM process. On-site training for SBDM teams or entire staff includes development of district/campus improvement plans, evaluation of district/campus improvement plans, SBDM roles and responsibilities, budget, implementation of SBI requirements, evaluation of the SBDM process, team building and consensus, the change process, and conflict resolution. School board member training and regional training are also available.
