This contract provides full-scale network support from the Region 6 ESC technical team in either 125 or 250 hour blocks per year. We will assist with all network services inside your Cisco network, including traffic management, routing, and configuration. Extra hours over contract allotment are available at additional cost. Work performed will include remote and on-site.
